A loving and humorous look at rural life in story and song. Dan Needles is a familiar face to Theatre Orangeville audiences, having penned the entire Wingfield Farm series. In 2003 he won the Leacock Medal for Humour. Dan joins Ian Bell, folksinger, storyteller and founding performer of CBC's Vinyl Café, to take you on a ramble through the back roads of rural and small town Ontario with stories, songs and lots of laughter.

American widow Iris Oulette has inherited a home in Nova Scotia from her recently-deceased husband. Surprisingly, it is a home Iris knew nothing about. So, she and her best friend Natalie travel up to Lunenburg to see the home and to find out as much as she can about her husband's mysterious dealings in the lovely coastal village. What follows is a series of twists and turns, love and laughter... and a winsome neighbour named Charlie.

World Premiere By John Spurway Martha is an architect anxious to learn all about selfsufficient houses. Leonard is a loans officer who is more accustomed to creature comforts, like TV, the internet and a flush toilet. He has reluctantly agreed to spend a week “off the grid” while they celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary. When Lowell, the reclusive next door neighbour, arrives on the scene, he soon discovers that Martha and Len have yet another intriguing reason for being out in the middle of nowhere.

World Premiere By Kristen Da Silva Sisters Glenda and Suzanne live a peaceful retirement selling homemade jam on Manitoulin Island. This summer, their usual concerns – trying to orchestrate sightings of their handsome veterinarian neighbour and preparing for the visit of Suzanne's grown daughter, Beth – are complicated by a secret the sisters can no longer contain.
