On Sunday March 18th join us for a group cooking class led by Chef Yvonne in our professional kitchen.

Over the course of 4 hours you will learn how to prepare and cook vegetarian recipes that are loaded with flavorful, colorful and nutritious ingredients while paying homage to maple syrup! Our kitchen has created delicious meals full of protein-packed ingredients, then added delectable sauces, a variety of sides and enough “Wow!” that you’ll never miss the meat.  Whether you’re taking the full vegetarian plunge or just want to mix it up without the meat once a week, these healthy, meatless main dishes will have you coming back for more.


Class begins at 2:30 pm, we cook until 6 pm and eat as a group until 7 pm.

We will be learning how to cook:

  • Butternut Squash Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce
  • Roasted Beet Salad with Figs, Goat Cheese and Maple Candied Walnuts
  • Maple Apple Pudding Cake for dessert.


There will also be maple syrup products from Kidd’s Maple Products in Melancthon on sale such a maple syrup, maple butter and maple candies.
