Learn the basics of yoga in 4 weeks! Our fun 4-part series covers a wide range of everything you need to know. This is ideal for brand new yogis, as well as anyone who would like to fine-tune their practice and take things back to basics.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
WEEK 1 (MAR 1ST) : Breathing and Sun salutations
WEEK 2 (MAR 8TH) : Standing poses
WEEK 3 (MAR 15TH) : Seated postures
WEEK 4 (MAR 22ND) : Flow class incorporating all that you’ve learned.
