Get Your Celtic On! May 5th & 6th at the Alton Mill Arts Centre
Pack your dancing shoes & tin whistle for the Alton Mill‘s annual Spring Open House! The May 5th & 6th weekend is full of Celtic-themed family fun including live musicians, highland dancers, local craft beer and cider, whisky sampling, workshops for everything from bodhran to dry-stone walling, baby lambs… and of course, original one of a kind artwork by local artists.
“Get Your Celtic On!” features two extra-special concert events! Saturday, May 5th at 7:30pm, the Mill hosts trad trio NUA supported by special guests Morningside Music and Travel-worn. Sunday, May 6th at 2pm, take-in an afternoon concert from Rhythmfoot with the Leahy Family. Tickets are available online or at the Cafe in the Mill; purchase tickets for both shows and take advantage of the package discount offer.
