Horse and Dog Lovers now have a place stay and play

July 23, 2015: Mountain Ash Farm Country Inn and Spa together with Club Amarillo Boarding Retreat for Dogs and Horses today announces a tourism partnership in Mulmur Township to attract horse and dog lovers to the region.

Dufferin Forest has been known to many Horse Trail Riding enthusiasts for many years and remained a well kept secret. More recently North Toronto Hunt Club relocated its facilities to Mulmur Township.

Realizing the potential for opening the area to more riders, Club Amarillo has teamed its facility with Mountain Ash Farm Country Inn to offer an opportunity for horse and rider or dog and owner to have a weekend away in one of the most beautiful and pastoral areas in Southern Ontario.

The basic package offering “Stay n Play” for Dogs and Horses provides boarding at Club Amarillo and luxury accommodation at Mountain Ash Farm for owners with free rein to come and go with their pets.

There will also be opportunity to do training and bonding work led by professionals to assist in enhancing the communication between pet and owner on specified weekends.

Mountain Ash Farm Hospitality and Club Amarillo management anticipates that with introduction prior to the start of Fall and Hunt season there will be interest by local horsemen, and with positive response will target Spring 2016 for their Dog Training Weekends.

Mountain Ash Farm Country Inn and Spa opened in 2013 offering a four-season boutique country stay with spa on 200 acres within 10 minutes drive to Creemore on AIRPORT ROAD at MULMUR NOTTAWASAGA TOWN LINE. The 3 bedroom facility on a private country estate allows for a “home away from home” experience, IF your home includes spa, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and fully equipped gym facilities.

Club Amarillo Boarding Retreat is a top level Boarding facility operated by a husband and wife team of professional horsemen. They offer a small exclusive facility for Dogs and Horses including extended stay rest and recovery and dog training for owner and pet.
