Empty Bowls 2017

Sunday, October 22, 2017 | 11:30am – 5pm

Buy a delicious soup in a hand-made bowl, keep the bowl as a gentle reminder that not everyone has a full bowl every day. 100% of the proceeds donated to local food banks.

A fundraiser for local food banks, Empty Bowls is an international project to fight hunger, personalized by artists and art organizations on the community level. The 8th annual Caledon-Orangville Empty Bowls fundraiser will take place at the Alton Mill Arts Centre on Sunday, October 22nd with the luncheon between 11:30 – 2:00 p.m. and dinner between 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Tickets for this event are $40 (which includes the price for your bowl) and can be purchased in person or over the phone with a credit card.

We request that consumers bring items to be donated to local food banks; dry food goods or canned goods. These can be dropped off at the Alton Mill Arts Centre during regular hours: Wed-Sun 10-5 between now and the event date.
