Join Natalie Vanderveen for summer mindfulness sessions that aim to improve well-being and self-esteem by combating everyday stress, anxiety and depression. The classes use yin-yoga techniques and breathing skills to relax our bodies and open our minds to this present moment.
Classes will be held on the Island Lake amphitheatre surrounded by water, trees and the natural beauty of Orangeville.
Registration is recommended, however drop-in visitors are welcome.
