This workshop is designed to lessen irritability and use specific yoga, breathing, meditation and aromatherapy practices to break the funk. We’ll weave discussion throughout to help identify triggers, how we can respond, and what to do to try to prevent us from slipping back into undesirable moods!
No yoga or meditation experience required. Suitable for all levels and those.
