Morning starts with a tour of a professional kitchen, learning about different equipment, fire safety, knife skills, food prep and some salad dishes, how to make fries, and some featured lunch menu items. Next, learn how to ring orders in on our POS system before having an ice cream break at 1030am. At 11am, take on a station in the kitchen to run lunch with from 11-12pm. They then sit down for lunch 12-1230pm which is included in the price, and clean up the kitchen before heading home by 1pm.
Parents are be strongly encouraged to make reservations and come to the restaurant with friends for lunch at 11am so that the children can end their morning doing a lunch service for their loved ones. Cost will be $75 + HST per child, which includes lunch for them and their morning ice cream break. Additional children registering from the same family will receive a $10 discount.
