Our fun 4-part series covers a wide range of everything you need to know. This is ideal for brand new yogis, as well as anyone who would like to fine-tune their practice and take things back to basics.

Week 1 (Feb 5th): Breathing and sun salutations
Week 2 (Feb 12th): Standing poses
Week 3 (Feb 19th): Seated postures
Week 4 (Feb 26th): Flow class incorporating all that you’ve learned
